India is a large market for all businesses: Thales 2023

After the pandemic canceled the 2021 Paris Air Show, the world’s largest air show, which alternates with Britain’s Farnborough, is back at Le Bourget for the first time in four years. Paris-based defence conglomerate Thales Group said India presents a significant market opportunity across various business segments.

Thales Senior Executive Vice President, International Development Pascale Sourisse said India has tremendous market opportunities in civil aviation, digital identification, security, and satellites.

“The Indian market is booming,” Sourisse told ANI. For our fans, civil aviation, digital identity and security, and satellites, India is a significant market potential.

Sourisse told that Indigo’s order shows the Indian market’s growth and large players.

Sourisse noted India’s impressive 6 percent GDP growth. Thales’ growing possibilities excited her.

“The aircraft orders by Air India and Indigo show that the civil aviation sector is growing and Thales is directly involved in civil aviation,” Sourisse added. First, we offer Airbus with avionics solutions and airlines with inflight entertainment and connectivity.

“These announcements regarding extremely substantial purchases are positive indicators that we can handle new prospects. Thales also works on air traffic management. “Air traffic management, obviously, will have new requirements since the number of aircraft is doing to vary significantly increase,” she noted.
